so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time and OMG what a mess 😂 flour everywhere, dough stuck to my hands, my face, even the dog got involved lol. gotta say tho, the smell of fresh bread in the kitchen is totally worth it. it’s not perfect but it’s mine and it’s kinda delicious in a weird way. any tips from seasoned bakers out there to make it less of a disaster next time? 🍞🙏
