Dropped the ball so hard in the last season it went from cultural zeitgeist to irrelevant in the space of days Absolutely shambolic ending. We went from Rains of Castamere and Hardhome to a Dragon making a point about symbolism as the finale. S1-S7, best TV ever. S8, so bad it retroactively hurts the rest of it.
