I flew alone to another city for the May holidays. It was my first trip anywhere. I've never been out of New York at all. And in that city lives a relative with her family, I've seen her 3 times in my life and a long time ago. We don't communicate at all. I posted a photo from the trip, she wrote, why didn't I tell her? The city would have shown, etc. And I'm not comfortable and not comfortable. I was like, “Hey, we're here, meet the family. I wrote to her that it's embarrassing to come like this, etc. She said it's all nonsense. Would you be like me and not ask or would you still write to her and say hello, I'm flying to your city?
