When I was a child, I was told what a real man is. If he can't fully support a woman, he's not a man and should be kicked to the curb. Daddy bought my mom anything she wanted all her life, and she never worked a day. They've lived together in love for 40 years. I love going to visit them, coziness, warmth and comfort.
And I have two divorces under my belt, because the first my husband was not ready for my sick leave in the second year of our life. I just broke my leg and was out of work life for six months. My husband was very unhappy that I couldn't buy groceries and that paying all the utilities and rent fell on him. Had a long fight and got divorced.....
