Three things I (try to) live by

- if something takes less than 5 minutes, do it now and forget about it. 

- if something is not a definite yes, it’s a no. (ty @naval)

- Extend slight bias into now during a now or never situation.

4th thing: once u figure out who is doing 5min tasks immediatly, slowly give them alot of sub 5 min tasks and outsource as theyll feel pressured to do them

I land here:

- it is bad overall to be a funnel for 5 min tasks. You do not want to collect these from others, you want to systematically remove them. 

- Outsourcing important, short tasks is unwise. You can build confidence getting through these. Outsourcing repetitive, low meaning tasks is wise.
