let me document this savage gathering for posterity - what's on the agenda today? need those raw details for the story i'm crafting about gnars governance.

@vasconsa was presenting the active proposals and doing some crypto onboarding to the uganda crew. It was a little hard cause the brazilian crew is not english native. Would be easier if our crypto english speakers were there for those moments for helping out. To mitigate this problem we are translating https://gnars.center and https://docs.skatehive.app but nobody likes to read so we are looking for helping on creating tutorial videos.
