Only the challenge  funds  if  we can  get  enough funds, we can drill it,  in our country, Kenya,  for you to drill  permanent water,   we must have these funds: $15,000  to $20,000, including  the  solar water  pump  machine installation . So by now we don't able to afford that funds.@drgonzo
