This shoulder press machine is insane😆 Did a full stack, i think it’s about 150kg more or less. I love cable machines because you can go higher than normal and build muscle, but i still prefer free weights (dumbbells, barbells) because they build your strength better and there’s no way i could shoulder press 150kg dumbbells 😅 yet. I still choose standing barbell shoulder press over sitting because it hits the core too.
