Yeah your claim that they did it prior to the war was false, it never happened. What did happen was Ukraine used cluster munitions months after hostilities had started, and at a time when both sides were doing it openly.

Nach der heutigen Wahlarena steht fest: Herr Merz macht Wahlkampf mit den Themen von 2001. Schon damals waren ihm die Sozialhilfe zu hoch und Migranten ein Dorn im Auge. Man könnte den Eindruck gewinnen, dass er ein problematisches Verhältnis zu sozialschwachen und Migranten hat.
