are we reaching peak distraction in society?

tiktok, gaming, youtube..

will it decline as people adjust or costs increase?

or get worse with ai-generated content, user-generated software and smarter algorithms?

smh i'm hopeful

I could see some form of luddism making a comeback and people just exiting from algorithmic-driven social in general. Sentiment on big tech seems low right now as is, and will only decrease if AI displaces people from jobs. Think we may see more Procreate-type of marketing pitches, 'we'll never put AI in our product'... But I'm not too hopeful for myself and my distraction problems 🙃
