For 1155/6909 tokens, is it best to wrap each tokenId in a separate SuperchainERC20 contract, then move that around with 7802, or should a specific standard for 6909-like tokens be made?

Depends on the use-case! We didn't build a canonical SuperchainNFT for the initial release because we didn't see user demand for it but anyone could effectively use the L2toL2CDM to enable this - or to your point do something like Zora did with their ERC20z and wrap the 1155 into a SuperchainERC20.
