What happened to Roam? It was everyone’s favorite a few years ago and seems largely the same now as it was. No mobile app. Confused

There IS a mobile app but it's mostly a web wrapper it's a bummer — i love Roam, it works best for me out of all similar apps (including Obsidian) but it's such a pain to use on my phone that i have a hard time sticking with it

When they put that out it was such a joke, as a mobile dev I was actually mad. Then I gave up on them

The mobile app does one important thing right, makes it much faster to add notes. I still use it every day in a ton of ways.

I really liked roam two but left for exactly that reason. once i tried Obsidian with sync on mobile and saw it was reliable, it seemed like a no-brainer. (plus, `vim` mode is nice for me)
