i don’t think i’ve ever seen a 10 hour parking sign before

wait wait wait. The 10 hour parking window lasts 10 hours. Twice a week there are 2 hour no parking windows.

Doesn’t that just mean you can park as long as you want any time except during street cleaning?

it’s metered, so i think this is a way of declaring times you must pay the meter while also saying your time at the meter isn’t limited

That makes much more sense. I’ve never experienced a meter you can park at for more than 2 hours. The mind can’t comprehend.
