I love the project and dont want to be a buzzkill, but taking into account what happend to Nouns Brand and the basketball court restoration, would you be willing to add a multisig with some community members and have the money be released in chunks vs. all at once?

totally understand the desire to chunk payments, but unfortunately a proposal of this nature really requires the money 'all at once' to ensure that the project can actually happen

i understand the hesitance (and also fully support chunking proposals in most instances) but it sadly doesn't work here (1/2)

world in which we acquire the business but have some sort of impasse with multisig that stops employees from being paid would be unworkable from my perspective (2/2)

the reason i shy away from this is less about my personal stake and more about the stake of existing employees 

buying a business is buying their livelihood; and i feel particular protective of making sure they’re done right by (1/2)

even in a case where 300k would be available right away, then after proof of acquisition, you would get most of the rest and maybe the contingency budget and part of the staffing budget would be reserved for when its needed? tx approval usually takes <24hrs if you build a good multisig, that shouldnt be a big issue
