Environments on the Vision Pro still feel like their straight from the future

with a turn of the digital crown i'm out of my living room and transported to a serene beach — but the sun has set, totally the wrong vibe for focus

with a quick hand flip a menu appears, and with a tap of a button the sun rose before my eyes

there's seriously nothing like it

why are more ppl not using it you think? would imagine everyone would be raving about it but that (eg a post like this) seems rare

it's because it's extremely bulky and held back by software

the only way i use it (and i still use it almost daily) is as a giant monitor for my Mac

i’ve used it for hours at a time. i feel no eye fatigue at all (very different from my experience with Xreal and Quest)

how long do you typically spend using it as an extended display? I've been meaning to try out the ultrawide screen mode but figured I'd eventually just want to take it off and go back to the laptop

it’s essentially iPad OS, which is already clunky, and attempting to use it with fingers alone has too many pain points
