I actually think it is. He shows how easy it is to do, stopped while it was a tiny amount, and talked about how dumb you are if you’re trying to pile in. Would rather people learn from small things like this than a huge blow up. Like giving people cow pox to prevent small pox.

Holds up well with hindsight. Interesting to contrast Musk et al with Sheryl Sandberg who had similar ambitions but an opposite approach which was rejected for being too fake and too privileged.

I remember enjoying this but have come to question it (and this style of value investing) at a fundamental level. It just seems to be broken. Seth's fund has returned 4% annualized over the last decade.
