People are kind but aren’t nice. Adjust your sarcasm detector. It’s tiny w/ no hills so great for walking / biking (except in Jan). Housing is a bit cheaper but still doesn’t make any sense. There’s great Vietnamese and Caribbean food. Not Mexican.
