The progression of permissions is: 1) Discord 2) DAOs 3) Doors 4) Drones That is: private keys start by controlling messaging, then money, then movement, and finally machines. Thanks to NFT locks we’re at phase 3. Will someone do an NFT drone to get us to phase 4? I can put up a bounty if this hasn’t been done.

The UAE did a deal with Egypt to manage a piece of their land. This is another type of network state: a traditional state that expands into a global network through land management deals. In the next crisis, well-run states will have the cash to buy land. And insolvent states that need the cash will sell land.

Americans are just not calibrated on how far Asia has advanced. Why? I think it’s partly because there is no mass media depicting modern life in Asia besides perhaps Crazy Rich Asians. Also partly pride.

it would be cool for a writer using paragraph to have writing frames on a custom tab in their profile, where readers could browse through and read inline maybe they could drop the frame link to that tab, without even casting it to the main feed same could go for an artist dropping frames to nft mints on a custom tab
