I am a big fan of the hot/cold wallet setup. Cold wallet never signs anything. It only sends funds to hot wallets, where you can see the decoded transaction clearly. Hot wallets go out and interact with contracts, mints NFTs, sign stuff, etc. and then transfers assets back to cold wallet
