Democrats are saying we are losing FDRs principles under Trump. You mean the FDR that rounded up 100,000 US Citizen Japanese and threw them in concentration camps with no due process ? That FDR ?

History is complicated, that part is for sure a tragedy, but I guess strawmans are fun! you sure seem to like to cherry pick arguments to punch at, everyone's gotta have a hobby I guess? sure seems like Cheeto might be trying to keep that 'glorious' part of FDRs legacy alive, but somehow it's good now? Pick 'n choose FTL

Shipping people to El Salvador, and whatever else there is still to come Echoes of the japanese internment camp mr-silverback is trying to claim is FDR's entire legacy, the strawman he's trying to create for gits and shiggles? 🤷♀️

Yes, agree that the internment shouldn’t be his entire legacy. But I still don’t think that deporting people (mostly criminals or designated terrorists as members of MS-13 or TDA) here in the country illegally is on the same level as putting our own in camps. I do have some issues with the agreement with El Salvador (like how long will they be in that jail), but there is a difference between the two. Btw, recently went to the FDR Presidential library, really cool place with lots of interesting stuff.
