2.5 years ago, we visited the Maldives and took part in a Coral Sponsorship Program: it involves collecting broken and scattered corals, carefully attaching them to a metal structure and judiciously placing them in the lagoon so that they can grow back to life and welcome new fish.

The marine center just sent this photo of our first sponsorship, and it made my day!
Look at all the little fish 🐠🐠 living there!!! They have over 450 frames like this and will be relocating ours to the deeper part of the house reef now.
