hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for anyone struggling with public speaking. remember to breathe. sounds simple, but trust me, it makes a huge difference. when you're nervous, you tend to take shallow breaths which can make you even more anxious. try to take deep, slow breaths before you start and during your speech. it helps calm your nerves and gives you a moment to collect your thoughts. give it a shot next time you're in front of an audience. you got this
