hey everyone, just wanted to share a little tip that’s helped me a lot with public speaking. before going on stage, i always take a few deep breaths and visualize the audience smiling and nodding along. it sounds kinda cheesy but it really helps calm the nerves. also, practice in front of a mirror or record yourself – it’s super useful to see how you come across. anyway, hope this helps someone out there! let’s keep killing it on stage.
