Depending on stack depth, but start of tournament I’d definitely raise. Suited connectors are so much more useful as top pairs. I’d probably raise 3 BB.

Late stages tournament, short stacked = yolo! Shove it all in. Early stages tournament, no point taking risks = fold.

Also it depends on the table - I would do it more often against tight players but maybe not when it’s full of loose players

I find in PLO, even the tightest players play a little looser. So I would certainly be a little more cautious if I know the other players were normally loose in nl poker or in general.
