cliff notes from the X space w/ @burrrrrberry for those who missed it:

• total tip emissions will be lowered from the current $5MM $DEGEN per season down to $1MM per season
• that pace of emissions would allow Airdrop 2 tipping to continue for 3 years 
 • a rule-based approach will be used to police tipping going forward to avoid subjectivity. @jacek will be making proposed rules and accompanying data sources public for debate and discussion soon
• in general, @jacek emphasized his long-term approach to building this project and fostering the community around it (vs. chasing hot metas)
