sure the rough outline to get it running is

1. set up lazy indexer (start stream and backfill in separate processes)
1.1. send a post request to `http://localhost:3005/root-backfill/<your fid>`
1.2. wait for backfill to complete (you can poll that endpoint for status and eta)
2. set up opencast env vars and run it
2.1. sign in with warpcast (not sure how well this part works anymore, you might have to be patient waiting for the signer to be indexed - want to move this to directly polling a hub)
