i've spent less time on social media this week and instead read long form articles on various crypto/tech topics. i come out of this with a sense of clarity and renewed inspiration

social media is great to make connections and keep your finger on the pulse of things, but i really wish there was a way to access interesting content without having to spend an excessive amounts of time on here

on the negative side, the fact that its mandatory for creators and brands to be chronically online today kind of rugs deep meaningful work  

in some ways a lot of the value i get from great newsletters is the work of curating the alpha so i don't have to do it

is there a world where the algorithm does that efficiently instead? wen ai assistant that scrolls my social media feeds for me and curates content based on a diet i've designed myself

Social networks should empower people, not keep them glued to the screen. 

This is especially true for creators. It would be great if creators could spend their time on their art & doing what they love - not spend most of their time driving attention to their work.

That's exactly why we need curation markets.
