besides company-building, i think project management might be the highest-leverage skill it’s upstream of being really good at prompting, programming, product, writing etc.

Agree. I feel like eventually the most important skill for the future here is prompting Good efficient/consistent/creative prompting is the futures gold mine in terms of star employees or something I dunno

knowing what to prompt and when is very often overlooked...humans are still doing the hardest parts of everything tbh (deciding what to do)

Yup, humans still to the hardest part but also the better part imo. I feel like we were born to edit, so getting some of the tedious layout part to the machine is great.. for me I mean, in many ways.. so the work is just with higher quality and much less work... If this keeps going this way, we'll get to unlimited productivity eventually 😹
