current dev struggle: i haven't done any serious frontend web work since the era of Backbone.js and Bootstrap. things are...extremely different nowadays, and i'm overwhelmed by all the options for building/styling an SPA 😅 

we're going with Next.js, but still trying to pick a good UI framework...
