Please upgrade your Hubs to v1.13.5 to stay in sync. 

@wazzymandias.eth has made some other fixes to reduce gossip traffic. This is important since we are now at 11,000 hubs on the network.

i see, what about, let the node runner decide depending on a simple flag, opt-in feature, if its true, you agree to get the update automatically

we do have scheduled auto-updates every 6 weeks, which you can opt out of

but for hotfixes like this, we don't like to trigger auto-updates, we let the hub runners manually upgrade
