my biggest 0 to 1 lesson: you are wrong. you don’t know how or how much, but you are wrong. get in the market and test ASAP (i call this shooting “tracer rounds”…you can’t hit your target if you can’t see where your rounds are going)

It’s just a term I use when I deal with the metaphysics of product dev, but basically: Fundamental physics require for an idea to turn into through the vector of a wrong assumption, bug, cosmic un-luck, etc. Unfortunately it puts the error in a superposition state; unknowable All your research, POC, MVP, and NASA level code reviews to avoid this is up against quantum theory and general relativity. It will lose. The launch of the idea, though, turns the fuckup’s superposition to a position, ie. observable Which is a long way to saying 100% of time spent pre-launch widen the gulf of you making manifesting the mistakes, and you acting on it
