USDC is a US entity
USDT is meh

There’s no neutral, no strings stable coin 

and no don’t at me with 1BTC is one BTC, not the world today but maybe the future

Multiple ways.

Oligarchy:

Many jurisdictions and you put so many together no one truely controls it. Aka they all provide liquidity for their currency and get a profit share somehow to be all aligned at not letting this crash

Hard part: what’s the main currency pair against ETH/BTC? Dollar -> you don’t get China; Africa; EU etc

Technicals:

Truely algorithmic stablecoin that’s bullet proof.
Hard to do but once you have an algo and proper programmatic control over your collateral could be spun up for all currencies
