Most crypto users don't realize how much the fear of FUD & loss of customers gets in the way of successful projects from innovating. The Innovators Dilemma paralysis is real in crypto. Hesitant to invest beyond current customer needs, afraid of slipping up & bleeding users to competitors who do embrace innovations.
