There are couple of reasons for that.
1. Probably because your Anima proof of personhood has expired and you haven’t renewed it within the span of 30 days ( How do you do the anima proof of personhood?) Go to your dashboard <L1> the third icon from the light down below then you will see the notification asking you to do your cred pass. Connect your primary wallet and do the facial verification and you’re back up.

2. Probably because you haven’t been active on the @phaverapp app
