Having trouble using ledger with rainbow on iOS. Since I've once un-/repaired a Nano X it shows the screen to validate the tx on the device, but the nano remains unbothered. Any clues? Happened all because I tried to connect a Ledger flex, seems like multiple ledger devices are (not yet) supported, right? @rainbow

Hey! Multiple Ledger devices are supported, but only Nano X's at the moment. Mind attempting to re-pair your Nano X again and letting us know if you can move forward? Feel free to shoot us a message at

and we can troubleshoot further ๐

hi! as Taylor said multiple devices should work fine. and the stax/flex will also work as long as the Bluetooth connection is good! I've found that the BT connection can timeout/need to be reset as well. So in troubleshooting my ledger connection I try two things - First I manually connected my ledger to my phone, from iOS settings, and try a tx in Rainbow again. Then, if I still have trouble getting tx to/from the ledger, deleting and re-adding the wallet in Rainbow should reset that Rainbow-Ledger connection as well!

Deleting the accounts and re-pairing/-importing did it. Painful to edit the account data in app, but anyways. Would be great to use Stax AND NanoX with the app, true multiple device support. Looking forward to it!

Are you able to add the stax wallets as well as the nano x? If you have the same accounts on both I think it will only remember one device per account. But if they are separate accounts you should be able to load them all into Rainbow, but it could get tricky with BT connection and disconnections
