It depends to the holdings and the participants and is mostly ranged between 150-200 and 2500-3000 hams. I am delivering the foodies from the Sunday cast soon. You see all your hamster received hams at the hamsters page in the food section

Also it variates if holders add more hams to the delivery. I am using my whole allo which isn’t allocated at hamcaster for that atm. But that's just a whim. Nothing is guaranteed. But I've been doing it every day since a long time. Lol. Some hamsters have eaten so much hams
