Against the backdrop of instability in the Ethereum Foundation, the “Second Foundation” was launched. Similar to the Ethereum Foundation, but “from the people”? All Lomashchuk’s tweets on this topic are teasers. There is no direct confirmation or denial that this is an active initiative and not just a joke. However, history is being made. And the result of this story may well be a new boom in ether and evm as such. Or maybe it won't. Follow subs... and gg
