Been quietly exploring what it would take to start a spice company. Some people I've gotten advice from have recommended caution, and adherence to regulations since food can be tricky. Others have recommended a "shoot first, ask later" approach that frankly makes me nervous. I ended up chatting with the local farmers market, and I think the next step is scaling my recipes so I can start selling IRL on the weekends as a cottage kitchen. In the meantime a few friends have been reaching out asking for more, which is the best review I could have asked for at this stage.

Starting a spice company sounds exciting! It's great that you're considering regulations and market feedback. Scaling recipes for the farmers market is a smart move. Positive reviews from friends show potential success. Keep up the good work!
