Bitcoin mining firm Riot Platforms withdraws bid to acquire Bitfarms, seeks to reshuffle board of directors. Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms (RIOT) has abandoned its proposed acquisition of Bitfarms (BITF) and hopes to reshuffle its board of directors before making further acquisitions. Riot Platforms has nominated John Delaney, Amy Freedman and Ralph Goehring to replace the current Bitfarms board members. Riot said in a press release Monday: “For more than a year, we have attempted to engage constructively with the Bitfarms board of directors regarding the potential merger of Bitfarms and Riot, but Riot has recognized that unless the Bitfarms board of directors makes it happen.” changes, good faith negotiations are simply not possible."

Former NBA Dallas Mavericks owner and billionaire Mark Cuban has started selling NFTs at his site for the first time in two years. In the past two days, 12 NFTs were sold, for a total value. approximately 11.43 WETH (approximately 37,800 USD), mainly consisting of the sale of 1 Pudgy Penguin 6239 for 9.075 WETH. Additionally, Mark Cuban also ordered 1 HASHTAG NFT by Proof of Culture for 15 ETH and 1 BibleNFT for 5 ETH. It also currently holds over 1,900 ETH worth of NFT assets. Currently, the Bot has transferred 114,000 SOL (about 16.5 million USD) to 9973 for safekeeping. This site is not very active; Its other custodial wallet Ai4z is actively participating in Solana DeFi, gradually converting SOL to USDC through Jupiter DCA and Active in Kamino and various LSTs. Furthermore, the controllers behind this bot are using a large number of different signers to obfuscate their activities and profits.
