Fortunately, I have participated in the birth group training before. The water here is super deep, 50 meters for one trip and 100 meters for the round trip. I recovered today Freestyle is not used to bilateral ventilation yet 😂 Back to unilateral ventilation at hourly intervals The memory of the frog pose has been restored, but the relationship between the chest and the derived war frog is still not smooth in the water. It seems that my move in the upright position is still normal. Butterfly is as useless as before 😂 I can only twist my chest down to my feet and hands, but I still can’t pull it up. The previous lifeguard licenses have expired. Oops. I made three trips back and forth today and was so exhausted that I felt dizzy and vomited. My body is not used to it yet. But it’s so happy to finally go to the swimming pool as a girl after so long But my waist and shoulders are still very wide and unsightly, and I can’t change it 😱
