A quick update: I've been dealing with IRL stuff and figure it out my life.

I been dealing with undiagnosed ADHD which i thought was depression and that led to really bad social anxiety and avoidant actions.

I'm happy atm cause i'm learning al lot of these behaviours and working on how to deal with it, it's just a new way to perceive the world.

Hey, I just read your update, and I’m really glad you shared this. It’s so powerful that you’re figuring things out, even when it’s been tough. ADHD can be so tricky to diagnose and it’s amazing that you’re taking steps to learn more about yourself and how to handle it.

You’re not alone in this . a lot of people struggle with similar things, and it’s awesome to see you facing it head on. Keep doing what you’re doing, and know that you’re always supported. It’s inspiring to see you take control of your own story.
