USA sovereign wealth fund plan to be submitted within 90 days. Speculation will be that this will include BTC maybe even ETH SOL XRP. My guess is via ETFs from Blackrock. 

Announcement of the details of the fund probably marks local top in April or May. 

Everyone will be euphoric, OMG USA SWF going to buy so much BTC. And, yes, they will, but not all in one market big the next day. 

PS long term this is a wildly bullish catalyst for markets. USA literally going to start buying trillions in stocks and crypto.
