Trump signs executive order creating bitcoin reserve and digital asset stockpile initially funded by Bitcoin seized in criminal and civil asset forfeiture proceedings, ensuring no cost to taxpayers.  Despite this significant policy move, Bitcoin's price experienced an initial drop.
