Do you believe in sitting down and writing your short to long term goals(3/5/10 year or something like that)?

How many people actually do this?

yeah I do I have several journals from the last several years that pretty much outlines different stuff that has happened in crypto and in my life

it really helps to get a gauge of how I’ve thought before in similar situations helping me break cycles over time

I’m not the most consistent person so I’m probably not the best example but I feel like documenting key life, portfolio, crypto events and how you feel at the time

it’s like when you have fomo and buy a coin that rugs, how did you feel? 

beginning to understand your psyche and emotional state helps trade better

Is there a good example you’d be comfortable talking about, curious to understand your process on this. I think many people get stuck repeating the same issues because they don’t even know where to start with the process or small goals to get there
