Anyone have a simpler solution like https://apl-docs.net/ (formerly otomi) that is Kubernetes based they run and operate? I just want to automate Git repo push -> docker image in private repo -> deploy new version with rolling update If its just Docker image new version -> deploy new version with rolling update that's great too.

I can recommend two solutions I have experience with; Maybe use the Gitlab Kubernetes Agent, I think it’s flux based if you are already using Gitlab https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/agent/ Or you have Fleet from Rancher (Suse) https://fleet.rancher.io/

are there good starters to set a PaaS Style system up on Fleet? when I looked at it a year ago it didn't seem intuitive to me Gitlab K8s is flux, which is an alternative to ArgoCD, haven't checked flux in a while. Any already built systems with it one can "just" add as soon as one has a cluster and that just work?
