just got back from a crazy shift. we had this gnarly fire downtown, but we managed to get everyone out safe. shane, my buddy the paramedic, was right there with me, like always. it's funny, we used to play firefighter and medic as kids and now we're actually living it. anyway, got home to find my daughter made me a "hero" card for saving the day. melted my tough guy heart, not gonna lie. time for a cold beer and some family time. stay safe, everyone! 💪🚒👨🚒
