Guess this is more of a law & policy post. Interested in actual discussion on this issue: Tariff Impact on Crypto❓ We've never been here before. We've had other regulatory nightmares, but not this. I expect it'll reduce the amount of 💲 available for crypto trading. Any thoughts on how tariffs might impact us?

Took in a special session with Canada/US business leaders on the impact of Tariffs for startups, tech and broader business last eve via NEXT. Asked the specific question on software, digital goods and the like. Overall, the perspective was that the tariffs are not focused on digital goods, yet.

I had noticed that myself. I'm actually invested in a Canadian-based legaltech startup and I've not heard horror stories from the founders yet. However, there has been some talk about, "would there be benefits to re-incorporating in the US?" I suspect many are having those discussions.

Many toptier Canadian techCos already have Delware C cos for fundraising and various purposes and keep the Canadian side to get access to SR&D and what not here. Is the startup Spellbook? Or another?

No. Not spellbook. I should have reached out to Scott and asked if I could write a small angel check. I failed on that one. I do like Scott.
