Farcaster

Farcaster is a decentralised social networking protocol designed to provide users with a more open, free and secure social experience. It breaks away from the limitations of centralised server social application giants such as Facebook, Twitter or Weibo, and reshapes the traditional social media landscape through innovative blockchain technology.

In the Farcaster ecosystem, users have their own decentralised identity (FID), and can freely migrate data between social apps, truly controlling their own social assets. Meanwhile, Farcaster adopts distributed data storage architecture and end-to-end encryption and other privacy protection technologies to maximise the security and privacy of user data.
