The main thing according to the decree: • The Presidential Working Group on Digital Asset Markets was established under the leadership of the «crypto and AI king» David Sachs. • Consider the creation of a «national stock of digital assets» • The right of crypto industry participants to use public blockchain networks, software development, mining, transactions and independent storage of assets is guaranteed. • Stablecoins secured by the US dollar are being promoted to strengthen its position in the digital economy. • The creation of a central bank digital currency (CBDC), which supports privacy and decentralisation, is prohibited. • The Framework for International Engagement on Digital Assets (2022), previously created to coordinate international regulation, has been cancelled. This document was criticised for the complexity and limitation of innovation.
