What did u do if you found out after 3 days that the nurse told u the wrong lab results by mistake and u ordered the new dosage based on that mistake?

I adjusted the warfarin dosage of a mitral valve patient based on the inr of 4.2 that the nurse told me. Now i found out it was 3.6. 
Huuffff. Now the inr is 1.8.🤦‍♂️
